As a commercial diver for the past 13 years, Ross has completed over 1500 work related dives. These dives have been a compilation of photographic, scientific, aqua-cultural, construction and salvage diving. He has worked in a wide variety of conditions including situations of zero visibility, extremely cold water, high current, decompression diving with the use of dive chambers. Many of these conditions have been in remote locations only accessible by boat or helicopter. As a Dive Supervisor in charge of many dive operations he is well versed with dive plans and safety procedures. Safety practices are of extreme importance to him as a diver. He possesses all relevant qualifications and certificates.
