Kermadecs exploits hit the airwaves

More about what went on in and out of the water during the recent Kermadecs Expedition will be revealed in a three-part series of radio reports beginning this Thursday (July 7) evening.

Radio New Zealand’s Changing World series will kick-off by looking at fish being collected from a rock pool by some of the team from Auckland Museum and the Australian Museum.

Each episode promises to provide real insights into the expedition and life in the Kermadecs because they were put together by RNZ reporter Alison Ballance who accompanied the team throughout their three-week journey and was our chief blogger for the journey. (To any of our blog followers who came on the expedition via their computer – Alison was the one answering all your questions and sending back great photos and video footage from the team.)

You can tune in just after RNZ’s 9pm news on Thursday night or – if you miss it – you can catch the recording at http://www.radionz.co.nz/national/programmes/ourchangingworld .
