We won!

Thanks to everyone who followed our expedition to the Kermadecs in 2011 – to everyone who asked great questions and shared our excitement as we made new discoveries and to those who simply came back to check out new posts. We entered our blog in the Best of the Web awards at Museums and the Web 2012 in San Diego and we won the “Social Media” category! To anyone hankering for a fix from the Kermadecs, you’ll be glad to hear our exhibition team is busy working on a marine exhibition for 2013 where you’ll get to see firsthand some of the incredible discoveries that were made and make some of your own discoveries too.
